Due to the shareholder letter from Turley on 12/18/07, we won't hear anything about the settlement before the second week of April (please read this statement again, because it clearly states, the NDA is STILL intact at that time, so they might not disclaim things, which we would like to hear: "...to the extent required of the company, yet consistent with the confidentiality restrictions imposed by the settlement...").

Due to the Approval Rights Agreement from 10/08/06 we won't hear from a bigger M&A IMHO, according to the termination date of 05/31/08 - thus one day later day Swartz (and Johnson) will have no say any more regarding any acquisition.

Due to Turley's working contract his first year "COULD" end at the beginning of June 08. 

I'm still convinced (and the pr from today proofed it), that the company is NOT interested to communicate with the public until then - for whatever reasons. So actually I excpect the sp to stay in the .40ies zone.

The question is interesting, WHAT is the BoDs plan to increase market's confidence and thus the sp, assuming Turley wants his 1,9 mio options @0.48 to be more than useless paper...They MUST know, that they have to start an incredible fireworks of events to bring back new investors. Or: they plan to merge PTSC with an other company and create a new name?

Well, it would definitely be better to close the computer until then,...but every day there is a little hope, something happens...lol
