Every election year our wonderful politicians try to figure out how they can legally rob corporate America to finance the politicians personal reelection campaigns. The number one  choice of these politicians is to introduce a bill that if passed would cost a company or industry a huge amount of money. Both sides of the issue rush to donate to all politicians in an attempt to favor their side of the issue. Usually, 9 out of 10 times nothing happens other than campaigns get financed. It's the cost of doing business. Always passes on to the consumer of course.  This doesn't mean we shouldn't send letters, but after sending letters, I wouldn't lose any sleep. doc
