Where are the siginings?

I would have expected at 4-5 siginings in January on the strength of the terminaiton of legal activities.

1st because

the J's settled after 2+ years of fighting and that should discourage others

2nd because we began to see an increase in year over year signings

3rd because of the weak dollar Euro/Asian comapnies would take advantage of the exchange.

It appears that noone wants to play anymore
