I'm not sure where you've been looking but you are not correct about there being no uncompensated analysis of PTSC.

Two analysts featured on Vanguard's site are Reuters and First Call Consensus, which have been following PTSC for some time. Ratings had been an Outperform (highest Reuters rating) and a Strong Buy (highest First Call rating). These are no small time analysts.

First Call, in the last couple of days, stopped rating PTSC: "No First Call ratings data available".

Reuters continues to rate PTSC as Out Perform.
