I agree, and like we have both asked...I wonder if s.1145 played a part in the settlement for the J's. This is why IMO we need to voice our opinion now, as the only thing we DO know is that s.1145 can't help us collect more $$ for our patents.

Why some just want to sit on their hands and hope is beyond me.
