Hmmm.....good food for thought.

I do know from my own M & A participation that it is a very quiet matter for many companies that once had a pile of cash, but may now need cash to grow.  Executive management teams I know are not happy about sticking their hand out, but they also know the realities and time constraints for companies trying to go it without cash.

What once a small company could do, a larger company will need more resources to continue the growth.  This story has been repeated many times. 

I trust the PTSC gang to separate the wheat from the chaff....or, at a minimum, I'm betting on them to do so.
