If we get into the first week of February and we have not announced another license then I would say PR strategy has changed. We have roughly signed one company every two weeks since settlement in east Texas. As Boredo said if it becomes routine business I don't believe they are required to announce until quarter is up. I'm with Borredo, I said earlier they were pulling the slingshot back further and further so that when they finally release it it has all kinds of momentum, "Up and to the Right"
