'Holocom Networkswill market the new product beginning April 1, 2006, to a global list of Department of Defense facilities and military units. The company believes total demand for the system may reach into the hundreds of millions of dollars.
   The hardware-based security system within the Holocom MultiDomain PC is especially well suited to protecting networks from the "insider threat" posed by hostile users with access to sensitive networks. It works independently of the computer's operating system, software and data processing hardware by controlling the power source to peripherals. Identification, authentication and access control permissions are programmed into a smart card interface for authorized users. ''
