Everyone keeps forgetting that this silent treatment started well before the NDA. If I recall correctly, JT cancelled two interviews abruptly w/o explanation just around the time that it looked like settlement was in the works. We all thought it was because of the settlement negotiations. We have settlement, and the silence continues. IMHO PTSC's silence has nothing to do with settlement directly. However, once a settlement was likely, the ball started rolling on some other front(s) behind the scenes. Is JT being overly cautious or is the silence justified? I, for one, certainly hope it is.
