  So......... We want to find a way for the J's to pay us big bucks that is beneficial to both sides.

 So...............We agree to let them pay us In shares of PTSC and help them buy them cheap by agreeing to an NDA which all involved know will keep the price suppressed.

  So...............The J's have been able to and continue to accumulate shares at bargain basement prices until the necessary number is reached

  THEN........Accumulated shares are given to TPL/PTSC....quiet period is ended....PR campaign is pushed into high gear ...licences are annonounced......settlement amounts  blah  , blah, blah,.....AND share price finally takes off as expected.

  Then TPL merges with PTSC ...Lecky is CEO , Turley heads tech division yada , yada, yada and we all live happily ever after.
