I agree. But I think Borredo hit on the key: if you don't agree with the inclusion of a particular question for whatever reason, you should consider whether posing the question does any harm or is possibly offensive. If not, let it go.
The wording of the questions must be well thought out. Simple terms that anyone can understand and such that the question isn't open to interpretation. And perhaps some parenthetical comment to fully clarify the intent of the question (as I included with my questions). If we're going to ask questions, especially from a large group, we better make sure the questions are worded such that we can get a satisfactory answer. The intent must be absolutely clear. I'm convinced that the proper talent to do this is available and engaged (and that I'm probably preaching to the choir).
