The only thing I can come up with is that PTSC is negotiating a merger or aquisition and needs all the cash available for the deal. No dividends and no share buy back during this time. This may also explain the quiet period that we seem to be in since the settlement. I guess I'm speculating that there may be more to this quiet period than just the settlement with the J's IMO.
