We are all waiting for some type of update on ptsc business plan  i.e. M/A,share buyback, joint venture etc. IMO, any potential deal will not likely be consummated until the "business resolution" has been brought into clear focus for any company negotiating with us. Any candidate will want to know how strong our financial position will be and what other, if any, agreements constitute our settlement with the J3. Unless, ptsc were to violate the NDA, merger candidates etc. are in the dark as we are and will likely pause until a clearer financial picture of ptsc can be ascertained. Comments
