I wonder on the occurances where insiders have exercised options, if PTSC has arranged to purchase those shares as part of the buyback. Pohl had about 500K shares that he disposed of in non-open-market transactions in the June-Aug time frame. It would make sense that the company woudl buy them as part of the buy back, doesn't it? Probably doesn't help as much as them buying those 500K on the open market though I suppose in a sense it helps keep Pohl's sell from creating downward pressure on the market. Probably a win-win if they've done that.
