Okay, I acknowledge what JT said. But my theory still stands. JT DID NOT SAY because of a material event, but because of the terms of the settlements - the money. So make this mod to my opinion statement:

"Bottom line IMO, it's the AGGREGATE value of all the licensees from the settlements that causes the insider trading prohibition."
