Q - If swartz is able to sell at will, he is not prvy to NDA correct.
Q - I hanv't do my goz-intwos but 39 mln isn't 10percent, so he needs not file to sell correct.
but someone noted he must do a annual 13-g is this an option-prefered annual requirment..
