IMHO approaching Patriot with a $30M buyout of their IP would add insult to injury, especially at this point. If they want to remain a ``friend`` of patriot, they need to present a proposal that won`t insult.

So I agree, scenario 2 would be the most feasible.

Thanks for the exchange. Throwing around stuff like this takes my mind off the latest developments.
