Ron, even if it`s about personalities, how can a judge get away with ruling beyond what the law states? It`s unprofessional and reputation damaging.

I would think a judge should reprimand in the court room, not punish with a biased ruling.

Judging from his picture, Beatie`s been around the block many times (heck, he may have built the block, considering his age!). Regardless, unless his ego`s huge, he has to realize you don`t pay the bills by taking a case on contingency and blowing it...it just doesn`t add up.
