Far from it, we perceive the release of information differently. I expect to be updated, as stated by the company on more than one occasion. If they have nothing extra to say, they should just PR the 10Q(as they have with all prior SEC quarterly filings)and let us know that there is no further information at this time - a basic courtesy.
