Seems like we`re saying the same thing but coming to a different conclusion. I say that PTSC needs to collaborate in say way with Moore/TPL BECAUSE THEY CAN`T SUE FOR INFRINGEMENT OTHERWISE. You go on to say the same thing, but then conclude that if PTSC loses the ownership issue then everything is lost. If they lose the ownership issue they MUST collaborate with Moore/TPL in order to get the most out of their patent. And I believe Moore/TPL would be in the same position.
