SUMMARY

Including the early licenses for Intel and Advanced Micro-Devices, the license agreement with Psion LLC, brings the patent licensee
count to over 30 worldwide. Since the settlement granted on December 18, 2007, in the litigation for TPL and Patriot Scientific vs.
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. et al, because of the non-disclosure agreement, investors appear to be venting their disapproval
over the lack of financial information, not only for individual licenses but the settlement details, and the stock has weakened from its
intra-day high of $0.94 registered after the settlement announcement.
As we have stated before, the financial revenue information for licenses is not available until Patriot Scientific's quarterly results are
released and the financial data for licenses granted in this quarter ended February 29, 2008, will not be known until mid April 2008.
We reiterate our Speculative Buy Rating and we reiterate our price target of $0.92 per share.
