I think everybody is going to be in for a rude shock come the shareholders meeting. INTEL has a lic. and AMD has a lic. which I believe they will keep Just to keep Intel off their back. these are the main players. and they will be able to protect all their customers. PTSC got bought out cheap and thats about it. If any thing really happens AMD will use its legal team to fight for ownership after they bought ptsc for pennys. You can go to court and be 100% right and still loose. which we just did. I have no idea what judge fogel read into all of this to throw out all of ptsc legal counsel and make us start over. I did see a island that was for sale on ebay suddenly get bought on the morning of the 8th. nah that couldn`t happen.WE probably got enough money to stay open till april 14th .

AMD lic. everything but never said anything apart using it or promoting it. no sales and no rev. same old story.

You guys that think confidental deals are great are nuts.
