First off,

tough day...no question about it.

BUT, perhaps we are overlooking the positive in this day of deep red. AMD can use our Ignite line of products in any way they may see fit without any regard to TPL/Moore and especially INTC`s wishes. AMD could use the Ignite in a product launch and pay us (and only us) royalties...this is ours with no remedy due to TPL/Moore.

Regardless of the ownership of the 336, the Ignite is still our baby and now we have a titan on board.

My regrets to all the faithful longs (including yours truly), but just perhaps there is a silver lining here.
