It is a red flag the official shareholder's rep has shown nothing he has done, except long time ago he posted one or two messages on this board when someone questioned his effectness.

The price resets have gone - he explained them, noted when they were due, and objected strongly about them.

The warrants have gone - again he argued against them.

The convertibles are gone - see above.

All since he became shareholder representative. Coincidence or the effect of unseen actions... you decide, but bear in mind, once is an accident, twice is coincidence, and thrice a pattern.
