They don't know what the USTPO reexam(s) results will be. They don't know what the outcome of the 584' markman decision appeal will be. I think these are the main factors for the lack of buyer interest in the stock.

I tend to believe otherwise. With any legal case, an assessment of probabilty is conducted, based on known facts and the opposition's arguments. A percentage success rate is then ascribed to each component under examination. On this basis, I humbly suggest that they know far more than might appear, and are consequently able to plan accordingly.

Remember, with the USPTO re-exams, any discrepancies can be negotiated(or appealed)until there is a viable patent.
