There are other infringers out there, aren`t there. I concede Intel is obviusly the biggest prize, but don`t you think the others may be worth joining forces for?? Thinking out loud here... maybe you`re right. Guess it comes down to the potential other infringers out there, of which I have no clue how many there might be and what potential there is in licensing them.
