Not sure I follow you line of thought. I wasn`t saying Moore/TPL would concede its share of ownership. I said they must join forces. Why? Because any infringement action must be done jointly. Why would infringers likely get a better deal from Moore/TPL? I`ll concede that due to overhead considerations Moore/TPL are in better position. But as a matter of fact, that brings up a good point. It would be in Moore/TPL`s best interest to join with PTSC to avoid any infringers from playing PTSC and Moore/TPL against each other in licensing negotiations. By not joining together the value of licensing the IP goes down tremendously IMO.
