If you owned 40,000,000 shares as he did then you would speak well of the company too, you certainly wouldn't bash it. LOL

Agreed LOL But my point concerned him being an insider and stating

regardless of the outcome of the ruling to be issued in connection with the Markman

Just what was it that he knew then, which we still don't know about yet?
