I bielieve as others do here that the J's probably settled for an annual or quarterly payment rather than a large one time payment to spread out the cost for the license. If this is true, how will we know if the next quarter numbers will reflect some if any of the J's settlement? That is will we have to wait even longer to find out if the J's are paying on a quarterly or annual plan? At what point do we as investors have a clue as to the type of payment plan the J's made with us? Will we ever know what the payment plan is? I understand we probably wont ever know the exact dollars as it will be burried with other settlement receivables, but if we did agree to a multi year payment plan, does that mean we will have to wait another year to get an idea of what is happening? How are potential investors going to be able to value this company without knowing some of this detail?
