Much discussion about the settlement amount.  Was not a ruling by the court on ATP behind the settlement?  Did not both parties ask for an expedited review of the matter immediately after mediation ended and just prior to the heated settlement discussions?  One has to make a determination on how Judge Ward probably ruled off line.  I believe there is enough to make a very good case that he ruled in TPL's favor.  This topic was discussed at length previously and I believe most here agree with that assessment.  If you combine a favorable ACP ruling with a favorable Markman, exactly what did the Js have to go to trial with?   Why would the settlement be anything but huge?  I think that settlement pr and NDA has us scratching our heads unnecessarily.
