While we won't know until we know , we all have short memory's.....While the settlement might not be a WIN / monies desired /  the fear of going to trial and losing or the the fear of years of appeals makes the settlement a Victory for me in my mind.......

Yes less than 30 million from each J would be a push / but even at those prices it lets PTSC/TPL move on......A 90 million total for me would not be a reason to sell.....  

IMO the "word" does get out and if ptsc/ tpl received only 10-15 million from each of the J's it would make it very difficult to sign any future CO'S........At that point i believe that we would have taken it to trial because to been perceived to as having no balls ,  every future Co would say...See you in court...........

I believe that we received about 150-200 million in total........Eventually other co's will know the price of going the distance............

No experience in law, but i did spend a day at traffic court...lol.....With 30 + years of being self employed and dealing with people, life is a compromise .......

PTSC and TPL wanted to bury each other.....They are now partners........ 

While i have always felt that PTSC is like a pebble in TPL shoes they had no choice but to settle with us.......

I too have been here since 99......Never sold a share since and around 2002 -2005 i just basically forgot that i owned the stock............I am amazed at my ability to suck it up ....I know that there are many in that same boat.............

PTSC did report on time and all of the bright minds here are trying to figure out what is going on.......

So my speculation is that JT will find some brilliant minds and products that no one will fund and he will take those young colts  and bring them on board............I am a very negative person by nature, so if i see possibility i hold the fort..........
