50 to 100 million shares gets you exactly zero in any practical or effective "control". It can be a way of expressing some discontent en masse but to expect anything real to come of it is delusional IMO. It was a waste of time previously and will be again if this path is taken.

Again-if anyone is not satisfied with the direction and the progress that has been made in minimizing the risks associated with this investment or is impatient with the lack of info forthcoming to the degree that they would spearhead this kind of shareholder letter of impatience, they should seriously consider moving on.

No substantive info will be forthcoming on a merger or acquisition until the deal is done. Get used to it! Posters spouting off over and over again about how " we are not being told the plan" are equally delusional in thinking that we would be told details of such a plan before all of the t's are crossed and all of the i's are dotted.

April seems a million years away but it will be here soon enough and at that time we will start to understand the nature of the settlement with the J3. Again, if you are looking at this investment from a short term perspective and would conclude that this is "dead money" until April based upon all that has been revealed, I strongly suggest that you unload or lighten up on Monday and check back in in April.
