Ron "is" an expert  in these matters - NDAs, CCs, Settlement Agreements as they pertain to the law.  He readily admits when he doesn't know something or is unsure about something.  I've read his posts for years and he never goes out on a limb or blows hot air.  Why on earth would anyone challenge him this???  He obvioulsy knows his (legal) stuff.
