While you were on hiatus......my post from November. I was off a bit on the legal fees but I stand by my opinion of a win. SP is partly market psychology.........unless there is a threshold consensus of opinion for "a win" i'm not sure there will be a psychological win and corresponding rise in share price. I am thinking $120 - $150M. No other licenses were in the $40 to $50M range. That WOULD represent a 100% premium over first movers. They won't be paying damages as that's what they avoid by settling out of court. Attorney fees may be in the single digit millions....but not more.

What does it mean for Sh price? Split 50/50 this becomes $60 to $75M for PTSC. Which only amounts to 0.15 to 0.19 cents per share in cash. Now we know the cash has greater value than its face value. But that premium will be left to the market. But I would not be surprised if we only reach $1.00 on the news. If accompanied by several new signings, I'd expect more.
