IPO fees are approximately 7% of the funds raised so, Intellasys would receive $390 million(approx)in cash by paying $30 million. They have free use of the MMP Portfolio and have an automatic NASDAQ listing.

This would NOT be a merger of equals, as I have pointed out before. Please look at the product line. Also, why go OTC BB why one can go direct to NASDAQ?
