Per the master agreement, PTSC has to provide TPL with any PR's 2 days in advance for review and approval. (BTW, TPL has to do the same the for PTSC before it releases a PR as well). So I know Turley could have had a PR in the bag and have submitted it to TPL several days ago, so that it would be ready to go for yesterday or today, but I think before we complain too vociferously, waiting until Friday is within the realm of reasonableness IMO.
That being said, I agree as I have stated many times here, that the simplest of PR issues often get bungled by PTSC. And I don't consider a 10q accompanying PR to be a simple issue, but when you have problems with the simple, the more complex usually is worse not better. PTSC needs to step up its skills in this area exponentially IMO.
