I agree, we'll see the bid fall on the open this morning and if the volume is more than the MM's want to swallow they'll keep lowering their bid if they do not want to hold these shares.
If panicked buyers want out they'll sell into their lowered bids and keep it falling. The later in the day we'll see the Mms raie the price to sell back any of those unwanted shares they can't keep overnight, getting out with a small profit or breaking even. After they're done "clearing their books" for the day we'll see it tumble back to lower prices at days end.
The one thing that could help the PPS, other than some good PR, is that some might see this a good buying opportunity and push the price back over .50 with their demand for the shares. But if there is no demand on th ebuy side, or only a small blip to own the shares we are going to fall until we get some guidance and some news on on the M and A situation.
I expect to see the bid fall before the open and the first hour or so could be a little brutal on the PPS.
