Samsung and LG maybe- IBM will be down the road in my opinion. TPL/Alliacense are keeping a low profile as it pertains to licensing US companies. There is always the possibility - however remote - of politics rearing its ugly head if an American company is characterized as the "victim" of a large settlement or judgment in our favor. They may be going out of their way to avoid any perception of TPL/PTSC patent trolling. They also may be waiting for the smoke to clear from all of the ongoing patent reform activity. HP is an obvious an exception but - remember - they have a proactive plan when it comes to the licensing of IP in either direction- that is licensing and being licensed so they were ahead of the curve with the MMP.
