While there were a lot of expenses, I'm pleased to see that Philips paid $18M.  That was quite a relief to see as based on the share price performance, I was concerned that some might have known otherwise.  That really supports that license fees are NOT nuisance fees IMO.  And in fact they are increasing based on fee paid to revenues made by Licensee.

On an OT note, I'm going against your advice, and gonna pick up a '04 to '06 7-series.  I figure with the warranty package, I'll be OK.  While the Lexus rides so nice, the BMW is a lot more fun to drive.  Sorry to ask for but not take your advice, but hope you'll wish me well with the BMW anyway.
