"...we are so secretive in all areas with respect to the dealings of this company that we need to guess as to what the $13 mil in 3 month expenses are....when you play the game that ptsc is playing where you hide everything and bury all information without any real explanation"

I would say this is standard reporting, ptsc is not "hiding" anything. Pick any large company and you will find millions, if not billions in Selling, General, and Administrative Expenses without any kind of breakdown anywhere. In this instance the number is coming from an entity that is not even PTSC, it's an LLC in which PTSC is invested. And please, don't go down the road of "well they set up the LLC so that they could hide these things". I'll have milestone give you a 2 hour lecture on exactly why an LLC was set up for this relationship.

"the lawyers are creaming this thing"

In e-mail correspondence with Ronran he pointed out to me long ago that the cost of litigation would go up exponentially the closer we got to trial. Add to that the fact that I'm sure much of this expense was spent in the mediation process and then the negotiation of the settlement, and I can understand why it is so why. Two other points - 1) I'm sure part of this was not just the legal expense pointed out above, but as someone else pointed out it includes the cost of travel and other ongoing licensing activity, and 2) let's not forget these expense are the cost for negotiating a settlement for not one, but 4 separate companies. It may have been under the same litigation, but bottom line is we get 4 separate licensing deals out of it, not one.

"......i have been with this company almost from day 1 and I have no idea what they are doing and where they are going"

Sounds like you copied that from wolf's homework. All I can say, and I don't mean this in a disparaging way, I can see exactly where we are and where we are going based on what Turley has been telling us the last 7 months and what I am seeing in the SEC filings. It may not be proceeding at the pace you would like to see it, but then how many of your investments and their timetables do. I can use examples of large companies not coming out with products on the timelines they originally announced, but then you know what I'm talking about. M/A activity is not only a time consuming process, it is also almost impossible to put a timeline on it and keep to that timeline due to the intangibles that invariably come up - finding a target that meets your requirements, negotiating a price, negotiating the structure of the deal - you know sometimes the goals of the people you are buying from don't always jive with your goals, give and take takes time. And believe it or not, sometimes you have lawyers or other consultants that have other clients too. They are not at your every beck and call and sometimes you have to adjust for their availability. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point. See stillpoint's post on the subject to get an actual case description.

"I have absolutely no idea as to what Mac and Dan Leckrone are doing or thinking....and nor do you......they are a private company and the leckrones dont really address us as a partner. We, as investors, have no idea about what the leckrones are doing with the MMP."

I have a pretty good idea. They are trying to maximize licensing revenues over the long term, of which PTSC will get half. Not so mysterious. Not so sleazy. Their goals are our goals, making money.

"To say the secrecy is required is bull. can anyoine one point to where license fees have increased due to this non disclosure?"

Since you have never been part of the licensing process you can't say that license fees have not increased due to non disclosure either. Why not complain that the sky is blue.

"If we get more silence from our BOD we will continue this downward spiral."

OK, maybe I'm just naive, but can you point me to any company that has had a press release by the BOD (other than maybe the announcement of a new board member. But even then it's usually The Company making that announcement.)

Have a nice evening.
