wow...fut...that was some post!

well....this is not a major comapny.  this is a penny stock shrouded in a debt financing deal that the company is trying to rid itself.  this company above all needs to communicate and disclose to the detail allowable what they are doing if they would like to be considered a real company.  the os shares swelled from 25 million to 400 million...the lights were kept on and it was necessary...but we had employees and an engineering crew and we were actively devloping our technolgy.  since the merger with tpl...we have no employees and we rented a new office for a staff of 0, signed over the mmp to tpl for a 50% cut and legal expenses......hired pr firms for 2 years that are not yet ready to pr.....i dont believe in conspiracy theories.....but i do see bad management........
