Exactly billwilke. Those would be legal fees associated with non-recurring litigation, not the normal settlement legal fees.
There is no way one can equate such expenses that are required to be recognized when incurred (not paid), with as yet unknown revenues that could be on an order of magnitude.
I believe we are again witnessing over-reactions, over-reactions that could spill over into downward pressure on the share price for a brief period, until most regain their senses again. MO
