If we had not Settled there would have been a DEFINITE speculation run to the upside going on RIGHT NOW after such a positive result from the claims construction hearing. I am very disappointed but am holding. There is still no other penny stock like PTSC out there.

I'll bet there are some very heated conversations tomorrow in Carlsbad, someone should be held accountable!!
