I understand some of your criticism. Not getting what we ...want...and complaining about it... are just human nature.

On the other hand as a shareholder and owner of the company there is a difference in what I want and what I expect and deserve.

I think we all expect and deserve some guidance, no matter how minimal it may seem. In many cases the actual results reported in the Q's and K's have been "woven into' the PPS way before they are issued, that's what the PR's do along the way during a current quarter.

I, for one, do not "expect" a lot of information in this Q that will make a difference in our PPS. But, I am hopeful that what is presented along with the Q, in the form of an accompanying PR, at least explains to the investment community where we are headed,(maybe an annual EPS frcst. for the fiscal year) how soon we may get to where we want to be as a company(M&A)...etc. etc.

Along with ongoing M&A we need some guidance for the "street" to take notice and to attain the PPS we need to attract large funds and institutions to buy in. I do not expect for our corporate leadership to release to shareholders information detrimental to the company esp. with a NDA in existence.

Until we see some of this information,even the Q in April will not move us much in the area of PPS that is sustainable. Yes,we, along with the "street' and investment community already know it will be substanially higher than in previous quarters. What we, and they, all need to know and expect to see ASAP, is some form of guidance that will convey to potential investors,large or small, of where our PPS should be headed in the future.

When that occurs, we will climb in price months before any Q tells the world what we've accomplished.

So there may be a lot of the complaining going on but in reality, as owners, I believe we should expect some forward guidance as is allowable within any agreement made between PTSC and their licensees..
