I have hypothocised that very senario here a couple of times.. If Lecky does not want those settlement numbers out.. he just may find a way to prevent them from getting out.... splitting payments over Qs may allow him to do just that (speculating, as I have no formal education in this field). What does keeping them secret for 4 months really get them?

If this were the case I would expect no mention what so ever in the Q tomorrow...
