Well you are right about that.  August, 2007, saw mostly the $0.40's (.42 to .49) and we are trading over 20% higher than that today.  Plus, no debt, a positive Markman ruling, a positive settlement (I think), and a management team working out the kinks of negotiating for another company or two (I think).

So, there is a silver lining.  lol

IMO, it is simply going to take time and many good folks here will be a bit uneasy about that wait.  I understand, but I do believe the risk vs reward ratio is still very good for this speculative penny stock.
