Statewise, I prefer the Beaver's, but for the sake of this board, I'll go with the Duck's. Patientman in a statement after yours talked about 10K. The 10K doesn't come out until after the end of the fiscal yr (5/31). I'm sure you're aware of this, but not Patientman.

I believe the 10Q's should come out 2nd Qtr, 1/9 & 3rd Qtr 4.9.
