I know the referenced passage is stating "PTSC" was asking for 22 Million but I would have to assume that as stated it is not exactly accurate and that the 22 Million would be what TPL/PTSC was asking and if that were the case any monies would need to be split 50/50 after expenses.  So for practical purposes if TPL/PTSC/PDS got exactly what was being asked of Phillips back then PTSC would then see $11 Million minus 1/2 legal fees.   Anyone expecting much more than that from Phillips in this Q in my opinion will be disappointed.
