I don't expect the J3 numbers or even any guidance in the 10Q next week. Two reasons for my opinion:

- NDA

- The "subsequent events" parts often showed the numbers, which PDS received at that current time. But what if the J3 and TPL/PTSC agreed, that the J3 are allowed to pay the money in four steps (one payment per quarter or something similar - could be a reason, why Judge Ward is "part" of the settlement as the one "controlling" the settlement rules), starting for example at the 10th of January? In this case PDS didn't receive any money and the only sentence we could read is "The J3 and PTSC settled on 12/18/07 and further information cannot be given due to a NDA".

I guess, the most interesting points in this upcoming 10Q are the amount of shares Swartz is holding, the numbers of Holocom and the license fee Phillips paid - and maybe some information about the M&A development...
