Assuming a 7 year look back....would you agree that the look back is for companies who are infringing but have not purchased a license by the time the patents expire?

You are right, I don't know how much AMD/Intel paid. My apologies for that, perhaps you wouldn't mind telling me. The point I was trying to make is that TPL/PTSC did not collect revenues early on in the portfolio life. They are doing a heck of a job making up for it now. Imagine if these two companies had all this money coming in six or eight years ago.?
